Cottages complex in Sventoji

Sventoji is a part of Palanga, a popular health resort. This health resort is 20 km. from Kursiu Nerija, surrounded by a landscape which is unique in Europe.

In the coming years Sventoji will touristically develop as the construction of a private harbour is planned.

In Sventoji, a total of 55 cottages are built near the beach (300 m). Of those cottages, Baltic Research acquired 10 units in April 2007. The cottages have a surface of 102 m² a piece.
